A pretty pink princess

While all this was happening with our son, a beautiful little bundle of pink arrived in August 2001. Spaced 18 months apart our children adored each other. I had a little girl. She loved to be held and cuddled by mommy.

Our daughter’s first years were uneventful in the medical realm. She was a great eater; she would guzzle down 11 ounces without a burp and cry for more. She slept like a stone. She was bright eyed and observed all that went on around her.

In hind sight she did have trouble with vaccinations. She was also leery of any man, even family. She was a mama’s girl and that suited me just fine!

She was a fabulous two year old! Around 3 ½ she started into what I classified as the terrible twos. I thought she would outgrow it, but her tantrums progressed. She was un-disciplinable just like her brother. I had read every parenting book, talked to every mother. It was time for doctors again.
